I created a strategic roadmap to improve the consultation experience and successfully released the first two phases of work. The new flow was faster and increased user satisfaction.

Okera (now part of Databricks) was a B2B data management start-up that helped data owners and engineers protect and organize their data. During my time there as a Sr. Product Designer, I led design and user research for the entire company, and delivered numerous 0-to-1 features that drove sales and streamlined workflows.
Building a no-code access granting tool
I iteratively designed a no-code permission writing feature from scratch. The new ‘Permission Builder’ massively simplified user flows and was adopted by nearly all customers.

athenahealth is a cloud-based healthcare services company that provides hospitals and clinics with software for patient scheduling, medical records, billing, and more. As a UX Designer there, I designed and shipped multiple net-new features that improved user productivity and satisfaction.
Creating a charge review workspace
I worked closely with users to iteratively develop a new page for reviewing hospital charges. The page provided a cleaner UI and a simpler workflow that sped up charging.
